Drawing on the heritage it inherited from Marmara Un, the cornerstone of Doruk Group Holding, DorMar is one of the pillars of the Turkish milling industry.
Its flour mills in Tekirdağ, Eastern Thrace and the Turkish capital of Ankara have a combined milling capacity of 2,250 tons per day and storage space able to accommodate up to 70,000 tons of flour, helping the company carry the Doruk Group Holding tradition into the future. DorMar was founded in the Tekirdağ region of Eastern Thrace, one of Turkey’s most important cereal cultivation centers, in 1972. With over 30 years of experience, it already operated one of Turkey’s highest capacity mills when, in 2009, it further expanded its capacity with the opening of a second mill. DorMar began milling operations in Ankara in 2011 and, as one of Turkey’s leading exporters, sells its high quality flour to customers in a region stretching from Africa to East Asia.
